You may request a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
The request is made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
You have completed less than 20% of the course content.
The issue arises from a technical problem that prevents access to the course and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
The course delivered is materially different from the description at the time of purchase.
Refunds will not be issued if:
You have completed more than 20% of the course.
The course was purchased during special promotions or discount offers marked as non-refundable.
The request is due to personal reasons such as lack of time, motivation, or interest.
Course content has been downloaded or otherwise accessed beyond normal preview limits.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Submit a request within 7 days of purchase via email at hello@rigmen.com
Include the following information:
Your full name
Email address used for the purchase
Course name and order ID
Brief description of the reason for your refund request
Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Refund approval is at the discretion of Rigmen based on eligibility criteria.
In some cases, Rigmen may provide a partial refund if a significant portion of the course has been accessed but there is a valid reason for dissatisfaction. Partial refunds will be calculated proportionally based on the percentage of the course completed.
This refund policy is governed by the laws of India.
By purchasing courses on Rigmen, you agree to abide by this Refund Policy.
Rigmen reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date.
